Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane CBD in approved postcodes
What type of properties?
Single family homes and duplexes, apartment and units* that are approved by the Occubuy valuation model.
Who are SSH tenants?
Individuals, couples and families that fit the affordable housing criteria. Tenants must be able to can service market rent and will be in a financial position to purchase the property in the future.
Can I make a donation?
Stuart Street Housing is a deductible gift recipient (DGR) organisation that can receive donations that are tax deductible.
