Tenant Approval
SSH strategy starts in determining and managing eligibility, allocation, and termination of housing assistance. SSH needs to ensure that tenants comply with their criteria, as well as local, state, and national criteria where applicable. Undertaking a variety of pre-screening analysis will allow the housing entity to determine rents, support the tenants where necessary and ensure they are engaging with the community. Satisfied tenants are a priority. This will also have a positive effect on the management of assets.
Investor approval
Finance partners are crucial to ensuring a sustainable model for SSH. SSH will provide access to ESG minded institutional debt investors to owner occupied real estate at a lower cost to ensure a positive social impact. This will also allow for a scalable affordable housing solution.
